This photo was taken in 1956 by our mother Rosie, we were heading to the Gold Coast for a camping holiday beside the sea and our very kind father, Rip... stopped at the roadside stall selling Toffee Apples and aren't we enjoying it eh!

Nick wasn't born yet so just the three of us.

This beautiful knitted rug is keeping me warm while indulging in a little telly at night, very cosy it is, I made up the Hexagon pattern myself and it's amazing how well those Hexagons turned out.
