One of our traditions when a family visits from far away... is to enjoy a meal from Happyland!

Happyland is our local Chinese and we've been enjoying Friday night meals from them before our children left home and it's still the bestest Chinese ever.  Charlie and Jackson look stunned!

What did I do yesterday...

My cousin Sue came around with some Sushi and Chocolates for Valentines Day, I gave her this BKH 2021 Grassy Creek Mystery Quilt and below the back.
Last night I finished off  my 4th 'Wrap With Love Blanket'  There will be at least one more to come as I do already have another 19 Squares already knitted with only 9 more to make.

 And.... I enjoyed a lovely long long catchup chat with my friend Roger, we've known each other all our lives, our fathers served in WW2 together, his father was my godfather and my father was his older sisters godfather, so many lovely memories.   
This photo was taken in 2017, looking forward to seeing him again one day.

Didn't get much done yesterday, had just one nap then did a bit of a tidy up in the Sewing Room.

 These are little bits of wool just perfect for knitting more dolls, dunno where I got those ones on the top right, some lovely person gave them to me I think.

Tidied my Wool and Squares basket, there's 19 knitted squares for a Wrap with Love Blanket, just need 9 more, will finish putting together the blanket I've almost finished first.
11 Dolls and one camera? waiting to go up to Hornsby Hospital Children's Ward.
Wools that I will never use so can be given to someone... ???
Little bits that may become useful for something??  A little doll maybe?  or repairing a little doll like I did yesterday?
???  ready to go out??? 

My Happy Dress Bucket Hat still waiting to be finished, hopefully I can do it tomorrow ??


My latest Stripy Cardy waiting for more attention, I can't believe how much of my brain was taken away after Chemo, yes it is a tad tricky but??? I've done this sort of thing before.  Here's hoping it will be finished before Winter!!

The 4th Chemo seems to have knocked me about the most... but...

I try to get some little things done, not whizbang things, just little things that give me a little smile.

Last Saturday I headed to my sewing room to start a big long list of stuff, I started by doing some ironing and some mending, I mended these two 'Pennie's not going out' dresses I'd made yonks ago, plus the one I was wearing but I had to mend that one naked, don't tell anyone.

Then I corrected a 'Crime' that had been committed with these beautiful 30 plus year old serviettes, the crime wasn't intended it was my beautiful David thinking he was helping... he folded these and put them in the drawer without ironing them.
But don't worry everybody, the Penniedarling Pedant sorted them out!
and they are back in their drawer ready for the next do!
So that was Saturday... now to Sunday!

All I managed to do was repair Doll #8 who had been found by some nasty moth!

...  And this was the only thing I managed to do, whinge whinge whinge...  

Today is Monday and I have a lovely list of things I would really love to get done!  
Breakfast first!

This morning I enjoyed my naughty BBBYms breakfast! Yummy Yum!

My BBBYms breakfast is... Blini, Bacon, Berries, Yoghurt with a little sprinkle of maple syrup! Seriously naughty and yummy!  Also with my home made Apple, Carrot, Ginger and Mint Juice... and with an Orange cut up for me by my David.
