I've been making Passionfruit Flummery for at least... 60 years I think it is.

 Here's my recipe.


I did jiggle the recipe around a lot yesterday and the result was the bestest ever, well it was seriously good... now to remember what I actually did to get this look below.  I did make 8 of these dishes.

Yesterday we enjoyed a lovely day with some family celebrating January Birthdays for Tilly in the UK, Remy here and Timmy T also here!

Always got to check heights on Birthdays.

Delicious steaks cooked on the Kamado as were the Crash Hot Potatoes and a lovely salad.
They it was Present time.
The Temp reached 40c so how glad were we that David had got the pool good and cleaned out last week.

Happy Happy Birthday to Remy and to Tim, dessert was a seriously yummy Orange cake made by Gwilym and some little Jelly thingies made by Pennie and some seriously yummy Ice Cream made by some place special in Newtown,

Gwilym finished off the day by getting that black mouldy stuff off the bricks around the pool.

From Tomos... Well.. he has only gone and won the whole thing!! In his first season and after 10 races, (in wonderful English conditions) George has won the Mexico Cup at Rye House Drivers Club (RHDC) Well done!!

These two lovely people came around yesterday to take the pool cover off Yay!

Thanks Nerrynoo and Jacko!
All those floating things were put under the cover to keep it up so the Baracuda could do it's job, which it has done and now the pool is ready for me to jump in for the first time this year... but... but... it's a tad chilly and rainy today so hopefully tomorrow.
