Lovely Weekend!
Saturday afternoon almost the whole family joined in online for a couple of hours chat and fun. We missed the girls in Macao because they were out dancing.
James showed us his Gold. We enjoyed saying hello to Betsy in Macao, Pennie and David.
Charlie was playing soccer with a roll of toilet paper... doesn't everyone!! Gwilym and Remy watched with delight. It was decided that we should all being along a plate to share... well Show really. Pennie and David got out their old Fondue pot and enjoyed half a packet of cheese Fondue, Nerys baked some chocolate brownies, Briony had a platter of fruit and biscuits and Gwilym had a couple of different delicious looking crisps. We watched George riding a terrifying two wheel skateboard but not skateboard sort of thing, Elodie can now ride and bike and we watched proudly as she rode down the alley behind their home but... but... not long after we proudly saw her riding, there was an accident and both knees were damaged! hope they are a bit better today Elodie.
Sunday morning say our Billy Blunt, Blue Tongue Lizard sunning himself on the edge of the pool cover. Milly has moved on sadly, don't know where, Molly next door is doing well and Mandy still pops by now and them as she did today.
When I took the above photo I noticed his left back leg... Mmmm... hope it's okay.
Mandy also popped in for a little bit of bacon but I was too busy and important to take a photo.
Part of my lunch was left over Cheese from the Fondue, just delicious it was on these crackers.
This morning I baked some ANZAC Biscuits to send to out children to help boost their morale during this Virus or shall we call it WW3! And some Vegemite and Cheese Crisps.
Then this afternoon I made some of my very favourite Apple, Carrot, Ginger and Mint juice!
Yum!!

Just had a fun time putting photos and comments up on our Sydney SCQuilters Blog.
When our Pubs are closed and we are told to 'Self Isolate' what are we going to do?? Go Online that's what!

The pubs would be a bit lonely I think.

David and I are 'Isolating' but enjoying the tranquility and feeling of getting lots done around our home.
I'm zigzagging along the side of this perfectly good towel to stop the rot! How did this rot start in the first place though?? the rest of the towel is in perfect condition.
And with both the Steam Boat Fleet and Bus Museum closed... David is seriously getting into restoring Gwilym's 1966 Ford Falcon!

This is more than cool... it's also cold! Love this photo and love the memories of trying to get out of our old London Taxi after a night sleeping in the back... the running boards were so heavily covered in snow, we couldn't get the doors open.

Last night we really enjoyed watching Nerys play night Cricket.
Nerys plays at the Mark Taylor Oval in Waitara. David and I just loved watching her play, it's a small team and each person gets to field, bowl and bat so we saw it all in just under one hour... this is our sort of Cricket!!
Nerys' team won for us, which was lovely so her team now has two wins and two runners ups 😉
