I am very thankful to my Aunty Cranky and my Uncle John who for about 30 years allowed me to stay in this beautiful old Homestead at Wollogorang whenever I wanted to and for as long as I wanted to.  How lucky am I!

Photo a Day Challenge - 12.11.2016 - On my Mind.

My father has been on my mind for a few days now.  Tomorrow he would have been 100!!    Rip died in 2010 just a few years short of 100 so he did very well.  Dad's Uncle Brent died aged 97, his Great Aunt Tiss (Janet) was 94 but his Great Uncle Brent Plashett Rodd lived a couple of months after his 100th!!    The Rodd's have a good long history which is great for us  :-)

At the eleventh hour on the eleventh day of the eleventh month, we shall Remember them. I have done this most of my life, especially now after I wrote this book on my Ancestors who make me feel so proud.

It was Remembrance Day yesterday and I had all these brave family members  On My Mind!
