 I'd lost my Gingher scissors years ago and one day decided to lift up the cushions of our 'knees-up' chairs  and found not only my scissors but lots of other 'useful' stuff long hidden.

Please Explain!!

This is weird, very weird in fact... a couple of weeks ago I received this box addressed to me and with 12 rolls of this Alfoil in it, we rang the people and they had no idea themselves so just keep it they said.

Then last week this parcel addressed to me arrived???  Mmmmm...  what?  why?  who??

These lovely Angels bring back happy memories and today Rosie would have been 103.

My mum Rosie made these Angels for me many years ago when I was participating in the SCQuilters 'Angel Swap',  they sit in our garden very happily.

Rip'n'Rosie in 1944.

2004 - Celebrating their 60th Anniversary on Rodd Island with all four kids plus many many other guests!

Rip'n' Rosie lived to good ages, Rip was 94 and Rosie 89 when they passed just a couple of years apart.

Wonderful lunch at our favourite Barrenjoey House at Palm Beach.

We had our first date here back in about October in 1967!   Today is our 56th Wedding Anniversary and we're sharing a Bombe 'Alaska' with a Sparkler in it, put there by the Chef!
The food, as usual, was FANTASMORGORIGAL!
The lovely waitress wrote this on our bill  😘
