When one needs to collect the garbage bin after last nights Bin Night, one must take one's Camera!
Mint, Basil and Rosemary.
I think this might be a Hydrangea Involucrata??? is it?? It is overshadowing my Great Aunt Ella Camellia unfortunately.
Lots of lovely Thyme and below my little Christmas Tree is looking forward to a decoration or two.
The Cookatoo's do this at about this time every year.
Our Aggies are looking very bright and happy.
Still looking wonderful and smelling just beautiful.

Love this view of Palm Beach, don't get down there very often but now we really have to plan an 'Outing' down that way.

Lovely to catchup with some of our family yesterday, we were celebrating some Birthdays.
Lots of amazing foods... Slow smoked Pork and Salmon, Prawns, Oysters and two different salads.
Dessert was these Mangoes, Cherries, Great Aunt Carol's Fudge and Armenian Nutmeg Cake.
Gwilym's birthday is tomorrow so he got to cut the cake.
Can you believe this... Remy is 10 and Charlie is 17 but they have the same size feet Wow!
From a very young age Gwilym loved to help around the house, in the garden, in the garage and even in David’s Albion Bus, he never had to be asked he just did what ever he saw was needed to be done.
In 1984 when he was 3 years old, Gwilym went to ‘Iloura’ Montessori Pre-School not far from home just along Bobbin Head Road near the traffic lights, he loved his Pre-School days and was so happy to be dropped off each day and sometimes he was hard to persuade to come home because he was so busy.
One of our local friends Margaret worked at the Pre-School and he loved helping her, especially when it came to cleaning up time which was something he also loved to do at home as well but… what he loved the best was when the tub of ‘Gumption’ came into action and he could scrub away cleaning the school desks… this came to be known as
‘Gumption-ing’.
There was no Gumption at home but Pennie soon bought some so Gwilym could continue what he loved doing best and what he was very good at… ‘Gumptioning’.

Photo a Day Challenge - 27.11.2023 - I remember.
I remember as a young teen reading Georgette Heyer books about young people who wanted to marry but their parents didn't approve of the partner chosen... so they would escape to Gretna Green which is just over the border from England to Scotland where they could marry without parental permission.
When David proposed to me way back in early 1969 I asked could we marry there but... he had other plans which I was very happy about when we got to see Gretna Green which back then was just a petrol station and a dump! Now they've dolled it up and it's a very popular place to get married.
