It's lovely to have a helper when I'm making Gwilym's favourite Stuffed Italian Loaf.

 First of all we have to cut the top off the Cob loaf, then we carefully pull out all the inside leaving the crust in one piece,  Elodie ate a lot of this soft crumbly bread.

Then we have to coat the crust with a mix of Cream Cheese and Dill...





Then we stuff the Cob with slices of grilled Aubergine, Zucchini, Mushroom, Fennel, Ham, Salami, Cheese and Baby Spinach Leaves.
I forgot to take a photo of our finished lunch but here's one I took last time I made this Delicious!


 The boys enjoyed a bush walk then a dip in the pool!  T

Then time to relaz!
